3 The Art Way is a family artist collective which seeks to uplift, inspire and transform art in ways that make it accessible and engaging. Encompassing a very special trio that includes the works of a Mother (Yvonne Onque) and her two sons Suliman Onque and Samad Onque. The family are all natives of Newark and continues the tradition of homegrown art & culture.  3 The Art Way offers a wide range of works through various mediums, including original gallery art, illustrations, comic books, and wearable art, meshed with live painting, live music, spoken word, and socialization of artists. The group’s artwork not only reflects the renderings of the African-American experience, but also convey hidden meaning.
